We had a fantastic week long stay at Pond Mountain. There are different lodging options- rooms in the main house, suites overlooking the swimming pool, and private cabins toward the back of the property. We stayed in a suite overlooking the pool and it was perfect! It was a 1 bedroom open floor plan (romantic, not for privacy!) with a small kitchen and cozy living room. We loved having a full size refrigerator because we packed lunches each day for various hiking or boating. The resort is only 5-7 minutes out of town, very peaceful, well maintained. A walk of the property each morning or evening is a great way to relax. There are riding stables just across the field. The Innkeeper is welcoming and knowledgable about the area. Credit cards are accepted with the minimal fees added on, but like most businesses in Eureka Springs, traditional payment of check or cash is preferred!
